FAQ
Question 1: How many reviews do I get?
Typically, the design process includes two to three review cycles, which are finalised during the project's discussion phase.
Question 2: What are the phases of your design process?
Getting Started

Our first step together is the initial consultation phase where we chat to discuss your project requirements. After which I will send a questionnaire and brief summary of the project, followed by a quote.

Concept Phase

In this second phase, once a deposit is paid or if under $500 the total is paid in full, we will commence a concept proposal where ideas are sent to you and you have a chance to make 2-3 changes whilst in review. This process generally takes 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the project.

Final Review Phase

During the final review phase, you have the opportunity to make the necessary changes you need in order to achieve the desired outcome for the final design. This is limited to image changes and content/ text changes only, where the design layout and/or wireframe does not change.

Handover Phase

In the handover phase the project is complete and the job is paid in full. All main formats (JPG/PNG/EPS) and any other files you have purchased are handed over in both digital and printable formats.

Question 3: Who owns the copyright to your designs?
Depending on the project, you will own all copyright of the design once full payment has been made, with exception to files and designs where payment is required for the design rights.
Question 4: Can you help me with an existing design?
Of Course! I am happy to help re-design or add to existing concepts.
Question 5: What platforms do you use and do you offer web hosting?
I offer many CMS (Content Management System) platforms including WordPress and Squarespace and HTML and CSS sites. I can arrange web hosting for you should you require it, however I am also happy for you to purchase your own - provided the hosting you purchase has the requirements needed to build your website. We can discuss this in our first consultation.
Question 6: Do you offer ongoing support?
You can choose our support package where you pay a small monthly fee for updates to websites and or changes to advertising/ marketing online designs.
